Menus at the Roth Bar & Grill change daily, focusing on sustainable and seasonal produce from Durslade Farm and our Kitchen Garden. Other ingredients are sourced from ethical, local producers who share our passion for quality British food. Roth Bar & Grill favourites include the homemade merguez sausages, cous cous & aioli, colourful superfood salads and our signature Durslade Farm Tomahawk steaks, served with béarnaise sauce for 2 or more to share. Our talented kitchen team also specialise in curing various cuts from our own animals. The current offer includes bresaola, coppa, chorizo and prosciutto alongside the bacon for our breakfast sandwiches.
All drinks served at the Roth Bar & Grill are focused on local craft producers and distilleries as well as healthy juices and homemade cordials using produce from our Kitchen Garden & local hedgerows. The menu includes artisanal beers from Moor Brewery in Bristol and Westcombe’s Wild Beer Co, who use local produce to flavour their ales and bitters, sourdough in the fermentation process and 25-year-old Marc de Bourgogne barrels to age the beers.
Our seasonal cocktails showcase a variety of local drink producers, including Black Cow Vodka from Dorset and Somerset Cider Brandy from Julian Temperley’s distillery on the Somerset Levels. We always have a wide range of house infused spirits, using produce from our Kitchen Garden – these include cucumber & dill gins, carrot vodka and raspberry gin. We also offer an eclectic collection of regional French & New World wines focusing on small, organic & biodynamic growers.
