Executive Chef Andrew Green's a la carte menu includes starters such as Asian seared scallops with turnip textures, samphire and vanilla foam mains include Native lobster with fennel, apple, pea mousseline and pepper sabayon. Meat lovers will be delighted to see a 16oz Chateaubriand roasted over the coals in our Josper Grill. The pastry team have been busy creating some fabulous delights including a Bitter dark chocolate mousse and Coconut Malibu soufflé.
