Welcome to Salt & Honey Bistro, a neighbourhood bistro located on Sussex Place, just north of Hyde Park between Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington train station. It’s the younger sister of the Award winning Manuka Kitchen on Fulham Road. Salt & Honey Bistro accommodates a three story restaurant, with two private dining rooms. With a spacious outset, we provide swift food service with a friendly face. We are a stone’s throw away from Selfridges and Bond Street shopping and a small walk across the park from Knightsbridge and Kensington. We specialise in fresh fish which is delivered daily from Billingsgate market and great steak from private estate in Scotland. Our head chef, Tyler Martin, has worked in New Zealand, Australia, Fiji and Cooks Island. he has taken inspiration from his travels around the globe, so we hope you enjoy the results. Our food is prepared and cooked on site and from scratch, we don’t have freezers or microwaves in any of our restaurants.
