Manicomio Restaurant opened its doors in 2003 and since then has been serving some of the most authentic and highly regarded Italian food in London.
Housed in what was formerly the Duke of York Military Asylum (hence the name Manicomio- Italian for Mad House), set off the bustling Kings Road and moments from Sloane Square.
The restaurant seats 50 with space for an additional 30 diners in the adjacent bar.
The expansive heated terrace is arguably one of the best al fresco dining locations in town and holds a further 70 seats.
Manicomio’s elegant and simple Italian menu with its emphasis on seasonality is available seven days a week for lunch and dinner offering both set and a la carte options.
