For almost 90 years The Savoy has offered dining parties of thirteen the company of Kaspar the Cat. Now Kaspar’s is a place for the Prince of Cats to play host. To celebrate this, Jonty Hurwitz, formally an artist in residence at The Savoy – was commissioned to create a new sculpture of Kaspar the Cat.Choose from arrays of fresh and smoked fish, oysters, caviar and fresh seafood: delicious slivers of smoked salmon, cured sea bass or fresh rock oysters followed by Dover sole, lobster or sea bream; spatchcock, lamb cutlets or beef. Conclude with clever twists on classic desserts such as apple crème brûlée or peach melba sensation.
