With my training forged as a chef in some of the finest Indian hotels, ranging from the Taj and Oberoi groups to ITC Sheraton, along with being chef in some of London’s most prestigious Indian restaurants such as Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy, good food and customer care is paramount in my mind.
