throughout the seasons.
At Chamberlain’s we take great pride with all of the food we make and serve. All of our products are produced by our talented teams of chefs from our homemade bread baked twice a day to smoking our own salmon, even our tomato ketchup and beer vinegar is made fresh at the restaurant.
We ensure full traceability of the seafood that we source and apply the same provenance standards to the sourcing of meat and game which we will be creating dishes throughout the year to match the seasons.
Seafood is sourced from our parent company Chamberlain & Thelwell Ltd, of Billingsgate Market established in 1947, suppliers of prime quality seafood to many of London’s most esteemed hotels and institutions.
