With dishes such as whole Dover sole with wilted spinach and Jersey Royal potatoes with mint, parsley and lemon butter, to herb-crusted rack of local lamb with jabron potatoes, spring carrots, French beans and crispy sweetbreads, not forgetting Michael’s marinated beef fillet ‘on the bone’ cooked in the wood-burning stove, choosing from our menu isn’t easy. For our vegetarian guests, we delight in surprising you with delicious and unusual dishes such as peppered couscous with vegetable bhajis, aubergine & chilli chutney and wild garlic flat bread.
