Ken works closely with Cornwall’s top producers to mould his craft in harmony with the changing seasons. From local meats and fresh vegetables to fabulous fish and shellfish, Oliver’s sources quality local produce from the best in the business. Ken has also teamed up with three foragers – covering the sea & seashore, fields & forests and funghi – who are all specialists in their field.
