The 1851 Restaurant offers a very special dining experience, featuring classical French and british-modern cuisine. The menus are brimming with fine dining options, some classic with a modern twist and others as full of imagination as they are of flavour.
Holder of 3 AA Rosettes and a Taste Cheshire Award, the 1851 Restaurant treats diners and guests of the Castle to a gastronomic extravaganza, featuring carefully selected, locally grown and reared produce, all hand picked by the Head Chef Mark Ellis to best reflect the season and the region.
The 1851 Restaurant is open from 6pm each evening and from midday for Sunday lunch. The A La Carte menu is available for parties of up to 8 people and bespoke fine dining packages are also available on request
