To nominate your three favourite restaurants and to have the opportunity of winning a meal a month every month for a whole year, simply enter the names of your three nominees below, with your top restaurant, runner up nominee and highly commended choice next, then fill in your personal details.

All entries must be received by Friday 29th September 2006. Competition is open to anyone in the county of Lincolnshire or surrounding areas except Whitespace employees and their families or those of featured restaurants. There are no cash alternatives to the prize stated. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. The decision as to the winner by Whitespace Publishers is final.
