Sit, relax and enjoy your Morning
Coffee, Lunch or Afternoon tea in
beautiful surroundings, whilst
observing the hustle and bustle of
the High Street and river below.
Since its early days, Stokes has
occupied the fine 16th Century
building built on the Medieval High
Bridge spanning the river Witham.
The café has two fully licensed dining
rooms, a ground floor coffee bar and
a pavement terrace (weather permitting)
and is located on the High
Bridge, next to Marks & Spencer’s.
Friendly staff will welcome you
daily from 9.00am (11.30am on
Sunday). The morning menu
includes, amongst other delights, a
full traditional English breakfast. Each week, Stokes offers the chance
to sample a different blend of its
own coffee, or if you prefer, you can
still savour the extremely
