The family owned Bentley Hotel
Lincoln’s newest and only hotel
sporting a leisure club consisting of
swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and
gym with a large local membership. Our Beauty Spot salon is situated on
the first floor open to the public and
hotel guests.
With its 80 bedrooms and suites it
offers both table d’hote or a la carte
dining and can cater for small private
parties to grand affairs with
280 covers.
The Grand restaurant is open daily
for a lunch time carvery, serving a
choice of three roasts. You may also
choose fish or vegetarian options to
satisfy your palate with a selection
of at least 6 local vegetables.

Andy our head chef with 13 years
experience began his career in our
sister hotel The Grand Hotel which
was renowned for its excellent cuisine
in the city centre until it was
sold.
Andy travelled gaining experience
and joined us again here at The
Bentley 18 months ago as head
chef. Andy has 11 chefs working
under him in the kitchen and feels
confident that his high standards are
achieved. Joanne the second chef
has been working with this family
owned business for the past
17years designing and creating her
mouth watering desserts. Scott our
chef de partie became apprentice
chef of the year for Lincolnshire in
2005. Andy buys and cooks the
seasons local and fresh produce
ensuring the finished dish will be of
the highest standards. |
